Episode 6: From obstacles to success in a super creative career

Be inspired by Steve. From being told not to take Art in his High School options - to being employed in a variety of creative endeavours as a sculptor, fabricator, cartoonist, prop maker, animator and teacher.

The teachers' unhelpful suggestion propelled Steve into a stronger desire to embrace art in many forms. Today he talks creative variety, inspirations and keeping "it" fresh as a creative. Foremostly a traditionalist here in 2020, Steve has worked on projects such as:

• Concept design and character creation

• Theatre props

• Scenic art

• War games Miniature design

• Cartoons and Illustration

• Teaching Animation Principles 

• Life drawing and life sculpture

• Mask making

• Puppet fabrication
